This project was a classic case of homes built in the '70s here in Washington. An old unused water valve was turned on in the Kitchen and was lifted on overnight by the client, unaware of it spelling water while they went to bed. The second floor was flooded by morning and completely ruined the lower level. We quickly got to work, with already completing the Master Bath just a month prior by removing all the walls, ceiling, and bathtub to install all new rough electrical, PEX plumbing, shower pan, custom Pullman, and all new LED lighting. This created a new clean traditional look for our clients but also added an incredible amount of equity to their property, not to mention their everyday experience when starting each day. We continued a clean and fresh approach when putting the rest of the house back together and no room makes more of a statement than this newly renovated Kitchen.
